Jeff has been employed in the Emergency Services profession since 1987 and comes to Bulldawg Investigations as a Master Peace Officer licensed by the State of Texas (Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education) and has over 19 years of Law Enforcement experience and is a former Chief of Police. 
      
Jeff is a Licensed Private Investigator and Fugitive Recovery Agent (Bounty Hunter) through the Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Bureau.

Jeff is a Civil Process Server certified by the Texas Supreme Court.    

He has taken over forty three (43) courses in Emergency Management from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and is a former Emergency Management Coordinator.      

In addition, Jeff also has the following training and experience to offer you as well:

• Advanced Certified Firefighter- Texas Commission on Fire Protection
• Certified Paramedic- Texas Department of State Health Services
• Served on the Board of Directors at the Fannin County Children's Center (CASA)
• Graduated from the New Chief Development Program
• Graduated Texas Police Chief Leadership Series at Sam Houston State University
• Completed Arson Investigation training at Texas A & M University
• Former Emergency Management Coordinator for a municipality. 
• Law Enforcement Instructor
• Fire Service Instructor
• Certified Notary Public
