Joe Pell is a Licensed Private Investigator licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety- Private Security Bureau. Joe has been a police officer since 1992 and is currently an Advanced Peace Officer licensed by TCLEOSE (Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education).
He worked as a Criminal Investigator for the Collin County District Attorney's Office for almost five (5) years. He has been appointed as a criminal defense investigator on a number of cases in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
In addition, Joe also has the following certifications:
- Law Enforcement Instructor
- FTO (Field Training Officer)
- Fugitive Recovery Agent (Bounty Hunter)
